Three weeks ago I bought a book a six pack forever. A very interesting book.
I already have read a lot about this issue and I know how to deal with it, but it was a nice book, so I bought it, for my collection ;-) The principle is training with weights three times a week and 1-2 times cardio (walking, cycling or swimming) in a varied pace e.g. 1 full minute at top speed followed by 2 to 3 minutes easy pace, after that again 1 minute full speed. Another point of course: watch your diet,and no alcohol during the week. That’s all folks!
It is possible to gain 5.51 lbs muscle mass to your body, while the fat will disappear in a period of six (6) weeks. I am training for 3 weeks now and it really works. Musculature is slightly visible and the fat around my hips and belly practically disappeared and my six pack itself rather appears. I have taken a before picture and after 6 weeks I will take an after picture and will put those on to my blog. Maybe.
